What are your office Hours?

We have no office hours.  R Gym is unmanned and memberships are sold online only.  Owners are always available by appointment. 

Is it true that I don't have to sign up under a contract?

R Gym does not lock you in a lengthy expensive contract.  We know you care for your health and no contract can make you workout.  Therefore, it is up to you only to sign a contract with yourself to get healthy. 

What if I want to stop my membership?

You can communicate in writing by email to stop your membership.  

Freezing your membership will keep you in our system, but will stop payment.  If your membership is frozen, you can give us a call when you are ready to get back and with a few clicks on our part, you can have instant access to the gym again.
